This company is completely fraudulent.
First, their offer is a bait-and-switch.
They promise a "free" laptop if you complete their survey, but after completing the survey, you are supposed to pay for six offers in order
to qualify. I fell for it -- and ordered six items off the web pages -- because I felt the laptop would be worth it.
But the fraud gets worse. One of their advertisers was Vonage, and the Vonage offer appeared on two of the three pages of offers.
The rule was, you have to pay for two offers on each of three pages. Well, I complete my six offers, but lo and behold -- the web page indicates that I completed three offers from page 2 and one from page 3, instead of two from page 2 and two from page 3! The Vonage offer is not classified as being from the correct page! Two complaints and a week later, and I've heard nothing from these criminals.
If I go back to their offer pages, I notice that they've completely changed the offers and which pages they're on -- no doubt so that they can lie about what they've been doing. If anyone has actually received one of these laptops, please join in the discussion and tell us about it.
Otherwise, sign me, sadder but wiser in Seattle.

I did call them today with my concerns and she reinsured me I will get my Sony laptop. she told me the other 3 I have selected work very fast and it should clear within a week. She told me it would be 4 weeks after that or about that. The lady I spoke to was VERY helpful and VERY Nice! She answered EVERY question I had. I hope mine goes threw and I am sure it will. I have faith. I told her i needed this before christmas and she told me as long as they respond I will. She told me the 3 I have left are really good at responding fast. She thinks I should have it by Nov Dec the lattest! I did not have a problem getting threw on the call line either. I am so excited my husband is going to love his new laptop for christmas!

All Lies and Jests - There is no way to earn money as a refund processor for UPS or anyone else...

Hello, it is Texino
Everything that is offered on the internet is a lie or at the very best it is like buying cheap knock offs at a flea market.
You cannot make money at home.
You will not get a free ipod or Laptop
MLM business' are all scams
There is no way to earn money as a refund processor for UPS or anyone else...and so on.
What is most important for me to say is, remember that scammers read this site too. I am sure that ED wants them to know they have reported so there will be dialogue and that is fine. The only trouble is people who are professional liars find it very easy to write misleading and bogus claims. Some even seem to be on your side yet they may actually be trying to keep you on board while working another scheme on you.
For instance, try saying that the Private Investigator's Union is nothing but a online forum which exists to nickel and dime it's members for access into special forums where they will find real jobs in the glamor world of skip tracing.
Do that and all kinds of people will respond saying that it is not so and they might even threaten to sue you. What a joke.
So be careful and if you lose any money on a credit card do what ED says. Hell buy his book. it is well worth it.
Be well

Calling and Persistence is what worked for me

I had the many of the same problems being reported on this site. I had clicked on the 32" Sony Flat Screen t.v. After getting the your order will be shipped status sheet, nothing came. I filed with the Fl. atty. gen. Next I called both their 800 and toll number TWICE a day. The toll number I would call was 1-561-997-6484 and I would dial ext. 103. This would always get me to a human. He would then transfer me to customer service. If I would dial ext 100, I would just get a recording. I would also send out an e-mail to them. I would type my message then copy it, so I could re-send my email message NUMEROUS times in the same day. Yes, I am sure they got tired of me! This did prove time consuming, but low and behold, my t.v. arrived with in 3 weeks!!!! Brand new and delivered from Sony!

the voucher, mailed it off, and have received
no response more than 12 weeks later!
Avoid having anything to do with these crooks,

Update regarding status of complaint
AUTHOR: Keith - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, January 04, 2005
After I filed the above Rip-off report, I did
see that some other people on this site seem to
have had some success toward getting the promised
rewards.
So, despite receiving no response from the company
regarding my earlier complaint, I bought a
seventh item from the new page 3 of the offers.
And, I got a voucher, which I'm sending in to
try to get my laptop. I'll keep this site posted
if I get it -- they say it may take up to four
weeks.
