EMB Construction Merisa Bajgoric Deceitful liars Non-payment evasive Lawrenceville, Georgia

We were supposed to be paid on the first of the month for work performed the previous month. The second month we received 1/3rd of the monies due, was supposed to get the rest in a week but it never happened. The third month we received no pay, after countless calls and excuses, we just showed up at the office to get paid. We received less than a third of the total owed and tried to be understanding of the reasons presented even though it was now the 17th of the month. The check EMB construction issued to us was returned NSF and put our account in an mess. I talked to Elmir and Merisa and they assured me they would get back to me that evening (9/23) or "first thing in the morning" (9/24). after 11:30am on 9/24 I called and got a message that the offices are closed (s/b open until 3:00pm) and the emergency contact number went unanswered.

It is now the 26th of the month, we cannot contact anyone, the offices are closed, and not only have we not been paid but we now have huge bounced check fees!
