Emc Mortgage Company ripoff PREDATOR LENDERS SUCK Irving Texas

To make a long story short they are taking my house from me by foreclosure we were on a forebearence program for the past year never late in that period.

Was told we could get lower interest rate at end of year and lower payments all would be discussed then and not to worry well i called to set up new payment plan and thats when i found out they wanted 15,000. balloon payment or 5,000 dwn& 900 amonth

for 30 years at 11.9% THAT WAS WANTED NEXT DAY
then told us we couldnt do new payments and to sell or to deed to them or they would foreclose on us so we are forced to file chapter 7 and all was a waste of our time and money JUST HAD BABY 2 MONTHS AGO AND THEY SAID OH WELL PREDATOR LENDERS SUCK

No letter or phone call to let us know what they wanted or what they had done like pay our taxes and not tell us and charge us all kinds of charges and penalties they were just going to take our home and run and leave us out of the loop !
