The Davis family calimed they were hurricane refugees, this was false.  They paid the first month rent, then had story after story for not paying.  Asked for a loan, with an IOU, promised to pay in writing and in txts.

After 3 months, they left in the night, leaving 2 dead vehicles (took the radios from the cars).  Left the place a disaster, with spoiled food in the bedroom, in the kitchen piled on the tables, piles of trash, broken appliances, distroyed the sleep number bed.  Left a rabbit that was under weight and had an untreated broken leg.  They owe me $3000 in back rent and damages.

Since, I have received many deliquent notices and calls from libraries, from North Carolina child support, from the bank they used, from a credit card company.... the list goes on.  Currently they are residing in Twin Falls ID at least until the good faith of whom ever they are not paying runs out.  Linda Davis uses Facebook, social services, churches and go fund me to get money and things.
