A withdrawl was made from an ATM on March 23 rd, that was obviously not me. i was told it was from an ATM on majestic lodge, there is not an ATM on that whole road.I reached out to the Emerald card customer service 10 times, and sat on hold until i hung up( 20 minutes). The employees did nothing to try to resolve this issue, nor did the supervisors. The withdrawl was for $364.00 and i know that wasnt me please do what you can to find out what happened thank you and have a blessed day.
