Emerald City CBD Ripped me off Florida

I purposely read every single detail on the two pages about a continung shipment agreemtn.  The sad thing is now if you look at it from your computer, they have your email and you do not get the same pages about the 4.95 free item.  I even wrote them an email to make sure.  I said if it is the case although it is not in writing on their pages, I still did not want to continue it until I was sure it worked.  

I asked for a copy of what I agreed to and they cannot provide that.  I asked when the fourteen day free trial starts - and I was told the day I order it.  Ok - so I ordered on Jan 24 and on Feb 7 it expired.  That is not 14 days of using the product.  It should start AFTER I receive it - I did not get 14 days of time.  

Today I was told by agent #896 that I did agree to that if I did not respond withing fourteen day.  Of couse she would not give me her name only that she was agent #896.  This is another one of those unsuspecting things for seniors to get ripped of on.  Agent #896 told me she would cancel my account and - are you ready - waive the cancellation fee.  What????  I am now waiting for that email.
