emerge stared charging me overthe liminted fee after they put me overthe limit when they added my membership fee. i made all my payment:s on time. it is hard to get in touch with them and get copies from them they charge $5.00 per copty. i got a balance tranfer to close the account.

Be careful. It's a good idea to confirm cancellation with Registered Mail with Return Receipt. Even after the account is zeroed out with a balance transfer. they may add a few dollars in interest. this would create a balance due and of course you'd miss the payment. You'll then get late fees. Credit card companies are sleazy. be careful.
