EMH Group LLC Aka Jewelrybyezra proof I paid for item but never received them- they re-listed it!! CROOKS!!! New York New York

I won an auction for a diamond ring on Nov. 6, 2004. I used Bidpay to send a money order to Ezra on Nov. 11th - Bid pay has it documented - m.o. # 11007631430 for $110.45 (order placed at 11:54 a.m.) was mailed to EMH Group via DHL 2nd day air - DHL tracking # 69250453381 shows where it was delivered and SIGNED for on Nov. 16th at 11:29 a.m. by a J COMPAS 498 V 9V in the mailroom.

Jewelrybyezra insists that they have not r'cvd payment - made a non-paying bidder claim against me on eBay - would send me threatening emails to pay (again!) or they would re-list or that I didn't have my ring b/c they hadn't been paid. I would email them back with all the tracking numbers and POD but they wouldn't reply. Of coarse I can't reach them by telephone - who can?!! And as of today, they have freakin' re-listed the ring that I PAID FOR!!! Bunch of crooks!!

I'm not going to let them keep my money though - I'll fight till the death with them if I have to. I'm filing every complaint that I can by law with every agency or website that will allow me to do so and then I'm going to file a big fat lawsuit against these scam artists!! You're all welcome to join me!! Maybe we can create a class action suit against them - if eBay doesn't suspend them then maybe we should consider bringing eBay up on charges as well. I'm mad as hell and someone's about to feel my wrath!
