Emo Logistics Marketing Sent me a check in the mail for 2,980.00 New York New York

I recieved the check in the mail. I took it to a check cashiers where they called and verified the check. I did what the check said. Once the company got their money they stopped payment on the check. Then the check cashers, instead of notififing me they took a warrant on me. I spent 31 days in jail. Got charged with felony forgery in the 1St degree and felong theft by taking. The judge gave me 6 months to pay back 4,000.00 to the check cashers. I need help on getting the felonies taken of my record and seeing what i can do about the county who put the charges on me.
