Cortes Randell Options talent top executive Cort Randell is still in charge of ALL the money with the company, he make all the decisions and anything money related has to go through him. He is now listed as a "contractor" so he has limited libility.
After realizing the misrepresentation, I have been trying since I signed my child up to cancel and get a refund. Only now, after charging my account every month have they decided to respond by saying 'refund denied' in a vague email with no reference to the company name in question.
The email came from "lawapps@aol.com"...again no reference to eModel or Options Talent. I have called both companies, emailed them both, and sent certified letters to both only to receive this one vague email denying my refund.
I was told my child would be on the site within 2 weeks - it took longer than a month, and trying to get pictures on there took until Options Talent took over...and I had to resend them again. Yet they still kept charging me for the service.
The company is now trying to get people to sign up for a NON-REFUNDABLE trip to England by claiming that the model was 'specially considered'.
DON"T DO IT PEOPLE! They will take you for all you have before you realize that you were only invited because they wanted your money - not because you have / don't have talent.

To the person who said they were unable to initiate a charge back with their bank- -YOU ARE SPREADING MISINFORMATION! All you have to do is call your lending institution and tell them you want to initiate a charge back. You fill out a form or write a letter and send it to the bank. That's it. Then the company responds to the bank. You're just trying to create drama!
To the person who said that the big puppetmaster is some guy named alex-- You're an ex-employee making outrageous claims. To say that you "heard" something is nothing but rumour and defamation of the company and it's owner. How is that constructively aiding the inital complaint??
THIS IS NOT THE FORUM FOR MEALY-MOUTHEDNESS!!

I worked for them when they were e-model, well they still are. It is the same people working there. And here is some inside info for you.
There is a man named Alec Defrawey that is in charge of most of the place. Here is the problem, that is not his real name. I was told that he is hiding from other lawsuits from when the company went under another name. They were sexual suits and, on paper, he is not worth a dime. All his money is paid to his parents company and they pay him case. There is nothing in his name and the company pays all his expenses.

I could go on and on but I will stop with this. But trust me...go after Alec and you will find what you are looking for.

Options Talent is a Scam and I did that.......it doesn't work

In response to calling your bank or credit card company, it doesn't work. In order to get a refund you must go to emodel/options talent, it's all the same, and you can not get a human on the phone. I've been trying to for months. Whoever said call your bank, get the money back and move on from the experience thats not the way it works. They don't refund money for being ignorant.I sent tons of articles and paperwork to prove that the company is not legit but there is no clause in my credit card that says they must refund my money because I got scammed. I got screwed. I was even scouted a second time!!! I laughed in her face. Beware of this company. They take you for 500 bucks and lie lie lie lie!!!!!!!!!!

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Caveat Emptor

Buyer Beware.
If you paid and were having the service charged to your credit card, why didn't you initate a chargeback with your bank?
The burden of proof lies with the merchant when responding to a chargeback.
It would have been very easy to place a call, get your bank to refund all your money and move on from the experience.
