Empire Carpets Today - crappy carpet, looks awful less than 1 yr later! Philadelphia pennsylvania

my carpets were installed in July 2005- less than 6 months later, i called to complain of the ripples in the carpet, and how flat and worn it was already. They came and tested my carpet, with a brush, said it was fine, and left. I tried to complain over and over, but it never became satified..the carpet has no cushion under it, its hardly plush like walking on hard floor...

The carpet also had bad streches in it, and needed streched. They came out once, the guy (contractor) said it was an awful job, on the carpet, told me to call again, they said.."sorry ma'am your carpet warranty expired. This was less than 1 week after the date--of 1 yr!

not to mention, the carpet is AWFUL and embarrasing after now, 1 1/2 yrs. please beware! Carpet is CRAP!-- and more expensive than other companies...
