this is door to door sales. they work for spark energy and do door to door sales residental. they go to peoples house and try to and get them to switch from comed or other companys to spark. they lie and say they save people money but everyone already has a supplier. so they dont save people money at all. 

its commission only. they lie and say there is a base but there isn't. you have to do a certain number of apps to qualify and if you do they you lose money. 

in my first two weeks i saw 4 different leaders quit and 5 different new didnt make it out of training. thats cause they dont tell you its door to door. the prelim they say direct marketing but dont tell you its door to door.

the management is a sleazy guy. he is sleeping with one his employees and everyone knows it. he harrasses all the girl sall he does is go out and party till 4am and get drunk with the gys.
