I think I speak for everyone when I say, the only rebuttals that mattter and everone cares to see are ones of consumer comlaints that have been resolved. So remember, actions in which companies are willing and able to admit fault and resolve all consumer comlaints matter a thousand times more than any claims ever could, for "actions speak louder than words". Claims in advertising are just words. Resolving consumer comlaints is action and shows the world that a company is legitimate, by being willing and able to stand behind their claims and PROVE their honesty, sincerity, integrity.
