Empire Today installed new laminate in entire house except master bedroom, new carpet in there. After they finished the 1st day (about half done) they left DUST everywhere! They were sawing the laminate in my home!
The furniture was all over & I couldn't even walk in the home. Next time I told installer about dust & he did not care. He hardly spoke english! After 3 days, they came back & finished & left DUST EVERYWHERE, including the garage!
It took me 2 days to clean all the dust off of EVERYTHING I own!! I;m still cleaning all my equipment in garage !Luckily, I covered my computer. Also, they stole my painter's tape, 2 rolls & car wax from garage, as well as expensive window cleaner.
Empire today is terrible, installers had no respect for my property & they over-charged me! I had agreed to $6500 & I was charged $7600.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & STAY CLEAR OF "EMPIRE TODAY"!!! I tried calling & it is a joke, so I'm stuck cleaning home & garage for 3 days & counting!!
