EmpireOption.com and OptionRobot.com Unlicensed Automated Binary Trading Scam Scam Binary Options Broker, Unlicensed, Targets US Citizens, Phony Option Robot Demo Account London and Claim to be in NY and FLorida London ,UK and claim to be in New York and Florida

I am writing this complaint to recover my $300.00 deposit from EmpireOption.com and warn all US Citizens about the scam that is being targeted to our investment community.  EmpireOption.com and automated binary options trading programs, robots if they call them that, are all apart of a international fraudualent scheme aimed specificially at unsuspecting US Citizens.  All of the unlicensed binary options brokers are conspiring together to rip the American investment community off with these so-called free Binary Trading Robots, such as OptionRobot.com, BinaryAutomated.com or Copy Buffett just to name a few, I repeat, THEY ARE ALL SCAMS< CREATED BY THE SAME SOFTWARE ENGINEER NAMED MICHAEL FREEMAN, who cut kickback commission deals with brokers like EmpireOption.com, who's broker'agents like Sebastian Rodriguez (if that's his real name) make commissions on the total trade volumn and your losing trades.  I was lurged into this scam by the "Free Membership" offer and 85% winning trade adverstment of OptionRobot.com.  Although I alredy had open accounts with licesnsed US brokers Cantor and Nadex, the only broker account available to me via the Free Option Robot Demo were unlicensed scammer brokers Empireoption.com. After trading on the Empire Option  demo account for about 10 days and getting wining trade percentages between 85%-92%.  I deposited $300.00 and went Live.  Without me ever activating the OptionRobot to place trades... At about 3:00am in the morning, I started getting emails of active trading positions being executed by OptionRobot on the Empireoption platform.  I shut down my computer to stop the trading and called my so-called Broker Sebastian Rodriguez in the morning and told him that the Robot had made unauthorized trades, that I felt the whole deal was a scam and asked him to explain how is it that the robot was only trading 31% winners, from the 85%-92% demo.

He told me that "The Robot Is Risky" and that if I wanted to make money, I needed to deposit $5000 with him and let him show me what he could do for me. I refused and told him that I had discovered that EmpireOption was not licesnsed to do business in the USA, his offices were not in Miami or NY and to refund my $300.00. He told me that I would have to request my refund thru their accounting email but when I tried and push the submit button on their website.  The page converted from English text to Spanish and gave me some weird error message.  That was 5 days ago on Wednesday and I sent several emails to Sebastian, Support and Accounting with no response.  At this point, all i want is my $300.00 credited back to my credit card and to WARN ALL US Citizens that all of these so-called Free Automated Binary Option Robots are SCAMS by the same Rotten Hearted, American Hating People!
