Just as the other guy reported - Bill Cook appears to be a scam artist - going after people in hopes of finding employment who are desperate.



IF anyone knows how this guy is being investigated and who to contact, please let me know.



Appears he took the fee for my uncle and is now no longer taking calls  - just disappeared.
