I signed a contract with Employment consulting international for employment locating services. Included in the money for membership was the writing of my resume or re-writing. I was to receive a resume for review within 15 business days for my review. That did not happen. I talked with Mr. Cook on 11-25-2009 and he told me I would receive something from Lonna ? before te day was over. I e-mailed her and her answer was first she had 30 days to complete resume, which was untrue. she then wrote back and said Bill Cook said " Come Monday I will refund his money". I have tried to contact him via e-mail and by phone and his phone says " not accepting calls ". I believe just like the gentleman from Atlanta, GA that he has scammed me. He took my money and then just disappeared. If anyone has any additional information about this scam artist, please let me know.
