EmploymentCrossing is a fraudulent company claiming to do business in Pasadena, CA. I have begun a class action lawsuit for false and misleading statements, intent to misrepresent and for refusing to refund advance payments of $ 290.00 for annual subscriptions with an 'automatic renewal' clause even when you cancel at the very beginning of the year.

This company has absolytely no regard for honesty, ethical behavior and, I believe, is breaking a number of U.S. laws.

If you have any kind of grievance you are simply routed to bufoons in India who will not do anything that can be construed as the least bit helpful.

As I said, I am filing a lawsuit and hope that we can get others to join.
