Purchased smoking jacket online 11/24/07 for Christmas gift. Received confirmation number and receipt by email within 24 hours of online purchase. No further email follow up regarding status of order, estimated shipping date, and no reply to email follow ups requesting status information and estimated shipping. Expected to receive within 4 weeks.
To date (01-08-08) product not received. Google search of the company name brought up other reports on this site. I reported to BBB Central Florida 1/8/08 and I am disputing the charges through my credit card company. I can handle delays in shipping especially during the holidays, but the lack of updates regarding the order status, the absence of contact information on their website and the lack of response to email inquiries is shameful!
