Empowerment Capital - Sam King Bait and Switch - Scammed for $ 1000.00 Carlsbad California

I received an email newsletter from Sam King - Seymour P. Kern. He is still using the Dr. in front of his name, but my understanding is that his license was taken away due to fraud.

This newsletter claimed to be able to refinance your home at a low cost, and that with some money and monthly payments you could leverage 25000.00 dollars you can leverage a million dollars worth of credt. I have never heard of this so I called him.

Sam King told me with as little as a thousand dollars and some small monthly payments, that his company would pay for the house and finance it back to me at a low rate.

Sam King also told me that he has a lot of clients that need my services. So I went ahead and paid a $ 1000.00. Not more than a few days later, he could not do the financing nor could he referr any clients.

I was patient and waited some more time. I offered to help him with his copywriting because is was confusing. He wanted me to do for "credit" In other words for free.

Sam King claimed his company was rich in billions of dollars of cash assests. Yet he doesn't seem to have anything going right. When I first asked for my money back, he stated that the company was going public, I have that in writing, and I will get it back with profits, from some broker.

Then when I requested my money back again, Sam claimed to be liqudating empowerment capital.

This person is a rip off, pure and simple. Do not buy in too anything he says.
