I have sold over $31,000 dollars in merchandise on Empowr and only received $56 in return. They say you must wait 90 days for your sales to mature. so in January I had $7100+ in mature sales and was only able to apply for a cash out of $9 in matured funds. I was supposed to have cash outs of $95 and $204 in November 2016, and December 2016 and these cash outs never arrived. I was a Success Coach and never earned anything from it. Not the $1000 bonus they promise or any overrides from my "clients" that I was counseling. They charge fees that are not fully disclosed anywhere on the site. Just taking $4 or $5 a day or more and never telling you what they are for. disclosed fees are regularly charged. At the Platinum earnings level you are supposed to be able to get a refund of 50% of what you pay out of pocket, however, those refunds never show up either. As a Success Coach I had numerous people tell me that they never received their cash outs or that they could not complete the cash out on their phone due to technical issues. None of these were ever resolved. I had people tell me that they applied for refunds that they never received. I moderated disputes in which the buyer was supposed to get their money back from a purchase that they made unwittingly. This happens regularly to people. No one ever gets their money back. empowr just takes it all and never gives anything out except maybe once up front to get people hooked. I had one client who on her page it said that she cashed out $524, however she never received anything! I got to see how the back side was working from the Success Coach side. We were regularly sent messages about customers who complained. We were supposed to report back whether we took care of the customers complaint or if it was not necessary. People were targeted for deletion if they complained. There were numerous scam profile pages that were not taken down. There are numerous fake accounts where the people send out phony messages about large inheritances(the Nigerian scam) and these accounts are not always removed promptly, however, "citizens" on empowr who complain about not receiving money earned by sales or other means are routinely removed. This is to prevent honest people from seeing these complaints. This was a very hard lesson learned by being scammed out of so much money. Do not under any circumstances give Empowr your credit card or PayPal information. Do not under any circumstances ship any products to anyone. You will only get "taken".

Hello,

I want to say thank you for taking the time to file your report. Yes I am serious. I just filed mine today, 02/07/17.

I am surprised that there are not a lot more reports of this nature but can only surmise that many are unwilling to take the time involved to report.

Like you, I am out a large chunk of money that I earned, invested in products and fees, as I am sure you did too. I do not intend to sit idly by and let empowr simply seize my account assets.

I respectfully ask you that if you find remedy from any resource/agency, please let me know. I truly wish to find a constructive and effective way to resolve this issue.
