This Company is the most unethical company in Los Angeles CA. They are creating fraud. Run as fast as you can from this company. I almost got frauded by them. Please if you have used this company before for a loan or any other business check your loan out you were in fact over charged and lied to and frauded. You should call your attorney and bring legal action against them. They fraudulently do not put the fees they charge you on your contract and then add them later. Have them explain all of the fees they will charge you and double check at the end better yet run like hell from this company. They also multiple times added my signature to the contracts that I know I didn't sign. Peyman / Jacob Yadegar is a scumbag

Clearly your report is a personal attack. In over 20 years, we dont have a single complaint with any State or Federal Agency. All loans are subject to strict regulatory control. Your claims of fraud and altered documents are very serious claims and if accurate, we welcome you to report them to the Department of Real Estate in California along with the National Mortgage Licensing Registry run by the Federal Government otherwise remove this erroneous report as its clearly a personal attack possibly by a competitor!
If this report is not removed, we will file an action to force ripoffreport.com to disclose your identity. We will then follow up with a defamation claim against you for filing a false report.
