EMW Watch Repair Eric Martin extortionist/scam artist Lukeville, Arizona

I have seen complaints about this person on this web site but unfortunately only after I sent him a Rolex watch to be repaired. We agreed on a price for the repair ($400) but when the watch was returned to me it did not work. He advertises a 2 year warranty for repairs on his web site and I returned the watch to him within one month. He said that I had agreed to a "partial" repair (untrue--why would I do that?) and that he wanted another $250 to complete the work, which he later changed to $150 when I refused. I requested that the watch be returned  which he refuses to do because 1) I then filed a complaint to cancel the original credit card charge for the repair that wasn't made and 2) because I won't pay him in advance to complete the repair. I call this extortion. I strongly advise anyone to avoid doing business with him.
