I recently came across an ad online for Encante Anti-Aging products offering a FREE trial for only the price of $5.95 as shipping.  There were 2 products.  I should have known something was fishy when they tried to saddle me with a third unadvertised product called Lip Plumper for an additional amount of $37.00+.

I immediately had the lip product removed from the charges telling them all I wanted was the 2 free products.  The Customer Service Rep made the changes and said,"So all you are interested in is the 2 free products?"  I emphatically replied, "Correct."

When the package arrived, there was no paperwork AT ALL in the box with the products.  I wasn't alarmed because they said Free, and Free is Free.  Imagine my surprise when charges totalling $197.42 appeared on my checking account!  Contacting them about the fact that I did NOT authorize those charges did absolutely no good.

They informed me that was the cost of the products.  I replied that I did not order products costing that much, that the only amount I authorized was $11.90 for shipping the 2 FREE products.  The customer rep refused to refund my money.   I contacted my bank to cancel payment of the HUGE amounts and got absolutely no where.

So, this 67 years old woman on fixed income remains JIPPED out of almost $200.00 for products I did NOT order, even though their ad said FREE!  Excuse me but in my book $197.42 IS NOT FREE!!  So beware!!!  These people are nothing more than scam artists to the Nth degree who make their bucks off innocent, trusting, unsuspecting people!  They pad their pocketbooks with ill-gotten gains, not bothered that they have robbed others of money, no matter how much of a hardship they create!!!

BE  AWARE!!!  Stay away from these people, far, far away!!  They'll steal you blind and not even feel guilty about doing it!!

They are nothing more than common thieves!!!  It may not garner me a thing, but I fully intent to take this matter to their CEO, that is if they have one.  Someone has to be at the top of the ladder and I WILL find out who they are!!  "And you can take that to the bank!!!
