Encante eye & skin renewal skin care this company came across as an ad saying Gwenith Paltrow used this produce. It was sold at special rate just now. I got this order, but next the next month I got another order which I did not put in a request for this order. I do not want this prodouct False Advertising, false info re more product..charging my credit card w/o my approval... Santa Ana California

An ad came up while  I was on Facebook.."Wonder how Gwenith Paltrow has such great skin"  I entered the ad and Encante offered eye and Skin Serum at a special price.  I ordered it.  Recieved and used. Too complicated for me to use.  Next month I receive and shipment of Eye Creme and Skin Serum..with a charge to my credit card of $l00.00.  I could not get to Encate because  there was no tele.# on credit card charge.  I will contact my bank tomorrow of this charge and it is a fraud.  I now have product I do not want and as I was trying to find add.etc so I can return it, I am getting Amazon, etc.  So who shall I return this product to?   THank u
