I ordered a free trail of encantel eye and face cream @ $5.99 ea. for shipping charges from this website.
A box was delivered to me with no Company name or address on it. There was no invoice in the box.
When I received my card statement , I was billed $5.99 twice plus $99.01 & $ 98.71. The description on my bill is JDD*XOXXEYECREAM, VA - Phone# 855-7070634 and QQV*VLXYFACESERUM, MI - Phone#855-4270999
The tran date was 11/28/ 2015 Posted date 11/30/15 for face cream

I spoke to a rep at each number and no one would give me a mailing address for returns ,the face cream rep said there was a return stock fee of $9.95 but he refused to give me a mailing address, he refered me to the web site for my information but no one has answered my calls. I did receive a confirmation# for a membership that I never signed up for
The face cream rep (Peaches) became biligerent when she found out that I wanted to return the product and threated to call the attorney generals office because she refused to give me an address for the company and told me that I could not return the product

This very thing happened to me. But that is because most of click on their terms and agreement without reading it. They are not open and honest up front. We are foolish enough to believe they are sending us trail sample. Than they get to hit you for the full some. It gets worst. they will do it every 30 days. This is the reason I wont buy any product from Gunther.
this is what we missed.
The fourteen (14) day trial period starts two (2) days after the date that you place your order. This two (2) day period allows for transit time, which may take an estimated two (2) to five (5) business days. However, we do not guarantee arrival dates or time. When you place your order, we will charge the nonrefundable subscription fee, which includes shipping and handling, of $98.71 USD to the card you provide at checkout. The top of the order receipt enclosed with your shipment will state the end of the trial period.
You must contact customer service at least one (1) business day before the end of the fourteen (14) day trial period to cancel and make arrangements to return the trial supply to avoid paying for the trial supply and continuing in our recurring shipping program. See customer service contact information below. If you do not contact customer service to cancel at least one (1) business day before the end of the fourteen (14) day trial period, we will charge $98.71 USD, which includes shipping and handling, the day after the trial period ends to the card you provided at checkout and you will continue with the recurring shipping program. Approximately every thirty (30) days after the trial period ("Subscription Term"), we will automatically charge $98.71 USD to the same card you provided when you signed up for the trial offer.
