I was in the program and after seeing how much I was paying I thought I almost paid off. However, that's not the case, I paid mainly their fees only and not even any of loans. Yes, they did get me a great settlement, but I have been paying over $400 for the last 6 months and none of loans has been paid.

So, once I notice this I requested my payments to be stopped over a month ago. They did grant my request, but a month later when into my account without my autthorization. I then called and they tried to talk me into staying with them, however, after finding out they charge $10 per payment to send out my payments. I told them I can do that myself for less and pay it off way quicker. However, my account was charge without authorization, and now I have to prove that my account was charged. When she already apolozied for going back into my account when they were told not to. 

People beware, your creditors will settle with you yourself, don't use these type of companies. They work with creditors to cost you more money. The amount of money you payout, you really didn't save nothing, but your check being garnished. Talk with your creditors before it gets that far, and agree on settlement amount creditors. You can also get a lawyer to draft up a settlement agreement. More than usaual, your creditors will accept the same agreeement these debt companies.
