Encore Clubs debited $19.80 from my account Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Encore clubs have debited $19.80 from my bank account. I never registered with that club. All i did was contacted bargain network for searching houses near my place and gave away my account number. I contacted them and cancelled my membership in a month for which they charged $1.99.

When i contacted bargain-network(BN) to cancel my membership BN gave me two phone numbers. BN asked me to call and cancel membership from those companies for which they gave numbers.

I asked BN why should i cancel when i did not enroll. BN said that while registering with BN they asked several questions for which i said yes or no. Those questions involved being a member of those companies.
(The customer service representative was so fast asking many questions, i did not understand many questions, i asked for clarification many times, but i have said yes or no for some questions without understanding. 'tired of asking clarification')

To whichever question i told yes, i was automatically enrolled to that company. I called up those 2 companies and cancelled my membership.The shock came aftermath when Encore clubs deducted $19.80 from my account.

I do not know how to contact Encore clubs and cancel my membership and how to get my money back that has been debited without my knowledge.
