$1000 maximum yearly benefit is insignificant compared to premiums, In 2018, $1000 can be the cost of about 3 large filllings in California metropolitan area. Too many exclusions for perio and oral surgery of teeth lost before insurance starts. No real coverage for crown and bridge beyond a single unit.

Worst of all, the 2013 phone number in the Encore packet 1-800-724-1547, is now for a Bel Howell Tactical Flashlight. Phone numbers which change frequently are the hallmark of an unstable comapny. SCAM!
