I was recently booked to work a promotion for a whole week with this
company. They expect you to make a commitment to them and revolve your
entire world around them and yet they have no commitment to you at all.
Even when you speak with these people on the phone you can tell they
have no respect for you. They get and take what they need from you and
that's all. I understand we are all independent contractors for
companies like this, but never have I ever worked for a more low class
and rude company in my life! At least they can tell you nicely if they
don't need you for a promotion anymore. Like CLASSY companies do.
Instead, they just lock you out of your account! (email manager) These
people clearly let you know that canceling is not a big deal as long as
you let them know well ahead of time so they can replace you. They even
say you can email or call them to let them know, BUT when the time
comes....they go back on their word and try to make it seem like you
did not follow through. We all understand they have many people who
could work for them without canceling, but the problem is just how LOW
they will go! These people have NO DIGNITY or INTEGRITY whatsoever. This is what
happened to me. I was booked for a promo and was able to work ALL days.
Then they sent out a test you needed to take in order to participate in
the promotion. First of all, they don't even give you any useful
information to pass the test and expected you to KNOW IT ALL! Each time
I took the test they would send me MORE NEW information stating that I
needed that info to pass the test. They did this at least four times!
How unorganized! It makes you think what kind of business these people
are really running. Then, one week before the promotion I had an
emergency and could not take part in the promotion. I contacted my
contact from this agency through email (like she said I could!), but
heard no reply. (note that I was also invited to sign up for other
promos with them.) The next day I went to check my email manager and
was locked out! I emailed them and got a reply saying that I've been
removed from the database completely and that they will not be staffing
me for any further promos. How immature! Here is the EXACT email I
received from them: RE: Lost Password? From: Encore Talent Relations
(talenthelp@encorenationwide.com) Sent: Sun 9/13/09 1:38 PM You have
been removed from our database and will not be staffing you for any
future promotions --after the issues you had with WNTW once booked,
then failing the quiz and your email you sent to us, we do not feel

As far as I knew there were no ISSUE(S)! I guess they just made one up.
And failing the quiz?? C'mon, they didn't even give me the information
I needed to pass! Who's fault was that? And the email? They told me to
email them! They are so full of B.S.! I have proof! I have ALL the
emails from this company! So please people, don't make the same mistake
most of us did and work for this company. I should have done my
research first. OR if you do work for them, please make sure you join
up with ripoff report and share your horrible experience. Thanks for
reading! BTW, there are plenty of OTHER great marketing agencies to
work for! Don't waste your time with these dogs.
