I went to this salon to have my hair dyed and highlighted by a stylist, Sonya. She insisted on bleaching my hair twice to "remove the color", causing chemical burns to my scalp. After this my hair was mush and she tried combing it but as it fell out, I asked "should it do this?". She said "I'm just brushing out the 'dead' hair", I panicked, because, well, it's all dead and she didn't even know that! I let her proceed to put color in my hair only because I could not leave it the tie-dye orange and yellow that it was. Within a week, my hair that was once down to the middle of my back, barely reached my shoulders.

I tried daily to call Jim, the salon manager, but he ignored my calls. I put in a formal complaint and all I received was a letter (two months after my hair had been destroyed) saying that I was warned this would happen. I hardly dye my hair and my hair was in great condition prior to this, and they gave me no solid reason for the horrendous treatment and no apology.
