EncoreNationwide un-fair hiring/firing practices torrance, California

I signed up for the promotional company EncoreNationwide to do extra promotional work. After offering events within 10 miles from my house and then cancelling them, as well as all over Southern California, they finally booked me for one event in Palm Springs, about one-hour's drive away from my house. The day of, I called 5 hours before my promotion because when I woke up, I realized it was POURING RAIN. Knowing traffic would not only be bad, but it would be extremely un-safe to drive that far, I called and cancelled saying I didn't feel comfortable driving.

Since then, they locked me out of my account and I can no longer submit for any of their jobs. What a horrible company. Rude and not understanding at all.
