Endeavor America loan services AKA The Money Source Inc Approved...Clear to close, let's close, DENIED !!! Walnut Creek CA

My mortgage was approved on June 12, 2015. I was told to pay for an appraisal, wind mit, & insurance. I did... I complied to all conditions. The closing day came & went. I was told by my mortgage broker that the underwriting team had been replaced and they denied my loan. HOWEVER... They took it to FHA and they said they would insure the loan so I was approved again. After 7 weeks of hell, we were given a clear to close and I was told to wire the money to close. I waited 2 days and still no docs. The closing day came and with the help of Realtors & Title Companies, we were told the loan had been denied. So... Is the appraiser and wind-mit guy related to them ??? I don't understand how we spend 3 months and thousands of dollars for them to decline it on the day of closing. They have NOT heard the last of me !!!
