I used Taxact this year 2012 for my 2011 taxes for the first time. I did them online myself on 2/2/2012 the IRS accepted my tax return on same day. My expected direct deposit was 2/15/12 I elected to have my entire refund deposited to the endeavor card that taxact reccommends as an option on there website. Due to IRS delays my refund didn't get deposited until 2/24/12, this wasn't the bad part. The endeavor never came when they advertise you will receive 7-10 business days, so I contacted endeavor card customer service they said that my card was mailed out on 2/7/12 and I should receive my card any day now so I waited a few more days and still no card.

There customer service number is terrible they have so many people calling them you can't get through the line after almost 2hours of calling and being released from the line due to maximum callers reschedule finally get through and speak to a representative advised that it has been over 28 days and I donthave my card yet. They told me there has been some type of delay error on there part that the prepaid cards were delayed due to high volume of people who filed there taxes around the same time and there was not enough plastic debit cards made.

So I was like well I need my money its already deposited to my account so I requested a new card, they told me it would take another 7-10days to get a new card and I'm like I never received the first card. So I requested to get my card expedited to receive within 2-3 business daysthen the representative told me I would have to pay $50 for expedited service I asked why would I have go pay extra when you have already told me that your aware that people haven't receive there endeavor card due to the company failure to have enough cards to supply the demand so I escalated to a supervisor which I was on hold for 1 hour and the supervisor comes on telling me that there sorry for me not receiving my card and they also were aware of the delayed cards but I would still need to pay $50 to expedite a new card.

I needed my tax refund to pay bills so I went ahead and agreed to pay $50 for expedited new card. So I thought everything was over so I received the expedited card 4 days later I call to activate the card and I could not activate so I called the customer service number and they told me that my new card was blocked the day before I recievefd it I was like why that doesn't make any since, I was like I just ordered this new card like 5 days ago now because I never received the original card my mailing address is the same so what's the problem so they told Mr I need to FAX them a copy of my social sercurity card and picture I'd, along with a copy of a bill for proof of address si I faxed the info as requested I didn't hear anything back for like 2 days.

I called endeavor fraud department several times before getting through they said they received my FAX but said the pictures weren't clear enough to Identify me so I was like why didn't anyone call me and how was I to know this if I never called you back so I prefaced everything again waited a few hours and called back and they said the same thing again we received your FAX and still the examinor says they couldn't make out to identify you so I requested to speak with a supervisor in there fraud department . I got the person on the line and I'm like look I have faxed to you my info twice and I doubled check the print copy to make sure you can read the coots

they said resend again I'm like no its been over 1 month I've been waiting for this card so what other options do I have to send you my info they said I could email a copy of my social sercurity card and my I'd they said they were able to make out athe copy of my bill for proof of address so I emailed this info while I was talking to supervisor they confirmed they received and verified me so they took the block off my card said I could use right away. So I went to the bank to withdraw and I was able to pull $ 400 off out of my $4400 deposit This card bank advertise no withdrawal limit at point of sales so I went inside of branch for point of sales transaction it was declined saying I reached my daily limit.

I rechecked the card holders customer agreement and it clearly states point of sales over the counter post limit is the balance on the card and regular ATM limits is $500 per day. So I was likeneyond pissed off at this point due to all the trouble of this card, I'm like I have all this money on this card and I'm being restricted on a card that post should be what's available balance in the card. I called customer service again they said I shouldn't have any problems using the card so I tried a different store and a different bank and still received a blank receipt that said I reached my daily limit.

I called taxact to advise them of the terrible experience I have had using the endeavor card they advertise on there website and I received a general email corresponding that stated I would need to contact the endeavor card so they basically take on no responsibility on this card they advertise. This was such a terrible experience for me I will never use there service again they are a total ripoff they charge you $2.50 for each time you call customer service the endeavor card company was aware that there cards were delayed because of poor card production and they still have the nerves to charge people who never received there original card money to expedite when you don't or can't wait an additional up to 10 days for a card,

what company blocks a new card from a person who never received the original card there was no change of address or anything strange like that then on top of that you send proof of identity 3 times and and still can't use the card properly . I believe this bank does all of these things purpose ly to get more money off interest earned off people tax dollar's. After my experience I research the endeavor card through taxact have Bern through either the card coming late, never arriving, as well as being blocked.anyone who who like it can't be true please Google the taxact endeavor card and you will see thousands of complaints dating back years with the same issues. RIPOFF FRAUD COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
