After months of research and a lot of detailed information from the sales rep ( who is no longer with the company ) as a result of being unhappy with the dis honesty of the officers, I was mislead on the purchase of a large Aquaponic System.

I was told that the entire set up of the system along with the solar unit would be included with my purchase of $11,000. After an initial set up, the President had to come back to finish the install as it was not completed. When Chad came back to complete the set up he did not complete the solar set up. Additionally, I was told that I could germinate seeds from the system which turns out not to be true. Germinating seeds needs to be done in a more controlled environment and I need to plant small starter plants into the system. At more of a cost to me I did this.

Within the first week we had several problems with the system and it did not function well at all. $11,000 is a lot of money to put towards a farming system and I was told a lot of things that have turned out to not be true at all.

I would be open to the owner coming out and fixing my problems and completing the install of the solar panel as initially agreed to. If he does not complete his side of the agreement, I will tell everyone that his system is not a worthy purchase.

Un Happy Client

I am RETRACTING my REPORT on Endless Food Systems as I was unaware that Chad, the owner was in Africa doing charity work when our installation was still incomplete. Chad has since contacted me ( upon his return to the US ) and has ensured me that he will personally take care of any issues that are not optimal.

It appears as though there were some mis comunications and we realize that this can happen. My faith in ENDLESS FOOD SYSTEMS has been restored and we are thankful for the efforts Chad has made to optimize our Aquaponic system.

HAPPY CLIENT
