I ordered this desperate for solution but it made evrything worse. When trying to reach the makers they did not want to communicate or answer any concerns so I got my money back. Beware because I did not notice until it was too late the very small print at the bottom of their website page stating that the supplement was NOT meant for treatment or cure although it indicates to be made exactly for that also.
Also endometriosis itself is not adhesions so that should have been my 1st red flag. It does cause adhesions. This product has no support from any medical or clinical authority or community so is NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Since taking it, even though I stopped, I am much worse than before. A friend of mine has had the same problem because she ordered it.
The company does not specialize in medical disorders so they are probably just regular people trying to make money off of the ill. It's a SCAM and the supposed reviews are obviously fabricated.. I don't recommend anything from this company, Komodo knows nothing about healthcare.

I have been using Endovan for 5 years now. I have stage IV endometriosis. Used to have pain that would sometimes be doubled over. Now I am pain free with Endovan. When I first read the comments I was skeptical. This product does exactly what it says. Also used to have fibroid tumors.
Last sonogram they told me I have none. Hope I never have to be without this product. PS not sure why it happens but it states in use instructions if you have cramps to stop for a few days and restart and that goes away.
That is also true and will happen if you miss doses. Stop and restart. Awesome product. God Bless. Hope you find some relief.
