Please be aware and beware! Endurance's warranty's are a complete ripoff! I had a claim for covered parts after the waiting period and when my mechanic called the claims in they wouldn't authorize them even though they were covered parts listed in the written warranty. They sent their "inspector" to verify the needed repairs. Their inspector ruled ALL of the parts were not covered due to being pre-existing conditions (through all mechanical probabililty). That there was no direct way to say when the parts failed, but most likely they could not have failed since I purchased their policy. The policy states there is a mandatory 30 day/1000 mile "waiting" period to avoid abuse of a new policy. By all accounts I followed the terms of contract and still denied the claim. The sales rep told me that as soon as they took down payment, my coverage started, not after the waiting period. My issues started about halfway through the waiting period and now are telling me I had a month to call and get any "clarification" on issues I was not clear on. It stated clearly to me that my coverage started when they took my down payment and now they are telling that my coverage has only been active for 6 days and 232 miles (the time transpired after the waiting period). They are rip off and could result to and stand on the fact that in their opinion, my repairs were "probably" needed before the waiting period was over and I am out of luck on getting them to cover the repairs. Please don't give them any of your money. I had to fight tooth and nail to get my money back. A threat to add my name to list of people who filed a BBB complaint against them prompted them to remind me that since I am in the state of FL, I have 60 days to get a full refund. Before that I was only a due a partial refund (for something I never used) and was going to be charged a cancellation fee. Why does it have to come to this when dealing with big businesses? Why companies just be honest any more? I throw my hands up!
