Google search -- Jeremy Juarez, Loss Analyst I with Energc, LLC.  His family is Gary Gibreal of 21st Century Painting/Timberline Roofing in Austin area.  You will find Juarez on Linkedin & facebook.

Juarez is a fancy party boy.  Ex Sales Mgr. for Revolve Solar, Austin.  He bills himself as Loss Analyst I at Energc LLC - which equals sales person for hail storm roofing company = scammer!   This is a federal case, take it to the FBI IMMEDIATELY.  if they cashed your deposit check and this falls within the time parameters of your contract with Energc LLC, the FBI will step in. I know J. Juarez professionally, he is an ex-salesperson with K. Simon Const.  He lasted 3 months.  He then worked for his uncle, Gary Gibreal as a roofing sales person in Oklahoma City for 21st Century Roofing and Painting.  

Again, this is a federal crime if they cashed your $259,000 deposit check for roof/materials and work not completed within contract parameters. Report this to the FBI immediately. Federal charges will be filed for all persons concerned if this fraud is confirmed.
