I talked to an agent who stated her name was Julie.  I asked her for her full name and where she was calling from. She stated Julie and you are M_______  _______________ and live at ________  _________________.  I told her that this was a scam and that I was on a do not call list. She stated that it was not a scam and if it were then the government would have shut them down, which they haven't. I told her that I was not interested, and she then said have a good day and hung up.  You could hear other people talking in the background.

I checked and the National Senior Assistance Program does not exist and one state, Virginia's BBB put a warning out on this .

What scares me is that she knew my fullname , and where I lived. What other information do they have?
