Energized Eletric Jamie received money for Hvac now says ex-wife took all money out of account for child support Greeneville Tennessee

I had a proposal rewiring and installing a HVAC unit. There was suppose to be 3 payment one for 3450.08 one for 1725.00 and the last one for 1725.00. Which all was paid except for 500.00. I WAS Working with a private constractor who had negotiated the deal.  Frank Creamin who *423-426-6061.

The end of September he ask for all his money except 500.00 when he recieved the money he stoppe answering his call until I called and told him I was going to sue him. He return to the house and repaire and replaced plug and socket that didn't work. At that time he preceded to cry and said he did't have money for HVAC and how his ex-wife had took all his money out of the bank and he was broke and he would work with us and now he is not returning his call.
