This company uses various names, leading to confusion. I don't have a good reason why a compay would do that- notice “good reason”. I signed up for their service. Tried it and didn't like it. I applied for a refund . Got the run around Notice this says: “If you haven't done so, please click here to fill out our short email form and we’ll be sure to respond within the time frame mentioned above. You may also contact our Concierge team at 1-888-384-8339. “ I am deaf, forget a phone call. I sent them a text message to again ask for a refund. Their service does not accept text messages. I sent them another email. The FTC complaint is because of the attached noticed. Also contacting debit card company. Really hacks me off “refund” is a scam
