I'm from Georgia and was duped into joining this company by a slick sales director names Mike Palm (I doubt that's his real name).  The owner of Energy Savers, LLC is suppose to be Brian Roff but no one is llowed to contact him.  This company brings you on board promising benefits and a salary of $4000 to $7000 monthly.  They then have you use your EBay account and merchant account or Paypal account to have you sell merchandise that they cannot ship.  You are then liable for billing customers credit cards fraudulently and depositing money into Energy Savers, LLC Chase bank account.  They claim to be a California company yet they are not registered with the Secretary of State.  They currently owe me over $5000 in fraudulent billing to customer credit cards.  STAY AWAY from this company!  Mike Plm is a liar and a FRAUD!

This guy should be in prison!

AUTHOR: Chad - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 11, 2018

I just read the above complaint from Michael in Georgia.  I wish I had read it earlier as it would have saved me about $3000!  Mike Palm is a slick con man that is playing a ponzi scheme.  He "robbing Peter to pay Paul".  Basically he's hiring anyone he can and then using their Ebay/Paypal accounts to advertise generators to consumers who then pay for them using Paypal but NEVER receive them.  He then convinces his sales rep to transfer money from their Paypal account to his bank account so that he can pay for the generator from the manufacturer and ship it to the customer.  Problem is there is no generator or product, The customer never receives what they paid for, the sales rep is ultimately responsible for paying back Paypal and Mike Palm keeps the severl thoundand dollars transferred to his bank  account by the sales representative.  Oh and by the way they use a Chase bank account.

Anyone associated with Mike Palm and or Brian Roff should call their state attorney general and report them immediately.  They are currently operating out of severl states!

Mike Palm with Energy Savers, LLC is a liar and a fraud

Please contact your local state attorney general regarding Mike Palm with Energy Savers, LLC.  They are advertising on Zip Recruiter to hire independent reps in several states to sell generators on EBay and billing customers credit cards fraudulently.  They then tell you to deposit your Paypal or merchant account money into their Chase Bank accout which is in the name of Brian Roff who they say is the CEO of Energy Savers, LLC.  The customer never receives the generator and you are left owing Paypal or your merchant account several thousand dollars!  Mike Palm is a con man, a liar and a FRAUD!
