I bought a product that Energy Savers Unlimited manufactures and has a twelve month limited warranty. Its called AQUALIGHT which is a digital power center made mostly for aquariums. The purpose of the power center is to electrically transfer power via a digital timer from one 110Volt power sourse to another, thus turning off and on different aquarium lights, pumps, heaters, ect.

I had in my possion my Aqualight power center for one week when I realized that no matter how I programed the unit following the manufactures instructions it would not work correctly. Once the program was entered and the unit worked once, it would wipe out the program. In other words it would only work as advertised once and then reset itself to zeros (0000) again.

I emailed the company and asked for a return authorization number as instructed by the warranty enforcement enclosed with the timer instructions. Was told no problem we will send a new unit in one week to a week and a half, I emailed back and asked if I needed to return my unit first ? again the responce was no we will just send a new unit. Needless to say after three weeks nad no unit I emailed again, and again was told a new unit would be shipped. I have never received a new unit and as of now I'm sure I never will, my opinion of Energy Savers Unlimited as a Company and the AQUALIGHT is on a scale of one to ten is ZERO.

Energy Savers Unlimited has sent a new unit after I bugged them weekly and then wrote this report. Its been two months since I bought a bad unit but as of yesterday a New one showed up in the mail. They need better customer relations that's for sure,but I did get a replacement.
