 Had a complete HVAC unit installed. They did not pull a permit to do the job and started having issues from day one. Contacted the permit office to find out that they did not have permits. They finally received a permit but told them that it was for a replacement to keep the permit office from inspecting what had already done. They put a return in the bathroom which is against code as well as numerous other issues. They have been contacted numerous times to try and resolve the issue and refuse to return a phone call. Now my mother has to pay ridiculous amounts of money on a power bill because it will only run with emergency heat. She is disabled and no other company will touch it once they see how it has been done.
