I am Achintya Bhadra. I am running a business from India about exporting some strings musical parts to different country of the world mostly at USA.  My Company description is given below:

I have some complaint about business on the company detailed below:

Engelhardt – Link (Link Bass & Cello, Inc), 1481 ELMHURST RD ELK GROVE VILLAGE ILLIONOLS – 60007,USA.

The detailed complaint is:

 The above company ordered some strings musical parts to me on 05/12/2018. The item was shipped on 03/01/2019 and received the product on 16/01/2019. The product tracking no is: TNT 604276142. After receiving the items the company did not do the payment yet. He was just harassing me a lot. He did not respond with me by phone or by email. Two days ago he said that he sent the money but actually he did not do that. After that I tried to communicate with him but he did not respond.

The product what I sent him were Double Bass Ebony Round Tailpiece ¾ size (31 pieces). The value is   682 us dollars. The shipping price was 118 us dollars. So the total value is 800 us dollars.

He said that after receiving the item he paid the amount in two days as a company policy as wire transfer.  But he raised so much controversial situation with me.

Please Sir see the problem earnestly and solve it soon possible.
