Sales person is very convincing to entice you to use their services to assist you in obtaining a high paying job. They promise that there will be no cost incurred until you obtain a job and then the cost is 15% due in 90 days. They try to convince potential clients that the cover letter and resume that they create is of the utmost quality and that is is required if your want to land a high paying job.

Once they have you convinced, they tell you that it would cost $1,899 plus $99 in S&H. Once you agree to the charge, they send you a draft in less than an hour. The quality of the cover letter and resume is not to the level of quality that was stated by the sales person.  Also, it appears that they use boilerplate cover letters and resumes, only changing the name and work history. 

When I objected to the quality, the sales person became very agitated and started to act very unprofessional and made insulting comments that I did not know what I was talking about. The sales person tried very hard to get me to state that I wanted to cancel the agreement. When I did state that I was cancelling the agreement due to poor quality and misstatements in the documents, the sales person started to berate me to no end.

Within one hour, I received an e-mail stating that I owed $5,881.22 which was due immediately and that the company was filing notices with all sorts federal and consumer agencies. No attempt was made by the sales person or the company to resolve this matter amicably. Bottom Line:  They are a bunch of con artist and hustlers.
