They claim to be run by Mormons but if that is "code" for screwing over sales agents, then they are the best Mormons in the world. They probably rank the highest in poor customer service, they resell other brokers rates such as Bluegrace Logistics' Central Transport tariff.

England Logistics has the highest turnover I have seen for outside agents and I feel it is due to poor management and lack of support to their agents. If you are an outside sales agent looking for a brokerage to work for, you will be extremely upset working with this company. They claim they care by weekly training but knowing a TMS versus actually getting customer support from their team is where the disconnect is.

They have the worst agent program in the industry and when you bring a big customer to them, they "claim" they are a inhouse CR England customer and steal them from you.

So if you are looking for a company that shuns their own religion for the sake of money by partnering with businesses that support and promote extreme violence, England Logistics is the one for you. Maybe you are looking for a freight company to steal away your customers and profit from sales. This is the perfect business for you to get screwed over.
