I had my 2007 Ford Freestyle serviced at Englewood Ford and am amazed at how incompetant the mechanics and service manager are. I have a CVT transmission in my Freestyle which by all accounts is a very delicate transmission. Only CVT trained mechanics should work on them. I had requested a Trans Service from Englewood Ford and asked that both filters to be put in only to be told that you can not put in the high pressure filter without tearing transmission apart. Which I later found is not correct. (warning # 1) then the mechanic overfills transmission requiring me to take it back to dealer. I had specifically took the car to Ford for the reason that they should know how to service the transmission correcty which they did not. DO NOT USE ENGLEWOOD FORD!
