english builders paul english abandon worksire / funds not accounted for Alpharetta Georgia

August of 2015 contracted with english builders to repair and remodel my home in doravile,ga.  He was helpful in getting started and that where things went wrong.  Poor communication by him and would not return calls from me regarding schedule and inspections and subs.  my wife and I worked with him to complete work in a timely manner but almost a year into this project and he is nowhere to be found.  I have made several requests for him to remedy this problem with no response.  Project is 40 % complete and we are living with exposed electrical and no kitchen working and $ 15000.00 poorer for our efforts.  Legal efforts and liability claim in progress do not know if his insurance is current.  as of august 2016 no response from english builders and contract was to be completed by jan.-feb. 2016.
