While viewing my phone bill I noticed some charges that I had no idea what they were. They were listed as ENHANCED BILLING SERVICE WITH 1888298-3724 AS THE PHONE NUMBER. WHEN I CLICKED ON THAT NAME IT TOLD ME THAT THE PHONE NUMBER WAS 1 800 570-0269. i THEN NOTICED THAT IT SAID IT WAS FOR THE VOICEVOX MAILBOX SERVICE. I then called them and they had all of my information to my surprise right down to my email address and my physical address. I told them I have a very low limited income and I would not order any of this kind of thing as I couldn't pay for it. They said they would cancel the charges and it could take up to a month or more to show up. I then clicked on the OAN SERVICES, INC. THAT SHOWED A PHONE NUMBER OF 1 800 295-3933. It said it was for ADIGITALVILLAGE.COM FOR THE ADIGITALVILLAGE.COM GOLD WEBHOSTING SERVICE.

I am 68 years old what in the heck do I need with a webhosting service? I called them only to find out that they have the same ansering machine and message that the voicevox place does. The same options to press also. I spoke to a lady named Joyce and she agreed to cancel the service and refund the charges. Both of these places told me the same thing as far as it could take up to a month or longer to show up. Why do they do this and why does the phone company allow this. The phone company has billing agreements signed by these comapnies. It's getting more scary every day. Especially when they hae all of your information. My anti-virus software blocked a website last week saying it had a trojan horse virus and at that point I immediately got off of the internet. I had a problem with my computer for a day or two and then my software took care of the quaranteen file.
